  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheese
  • 11 oz. cream cheese

Directions

    Butter a 5-cup souffle dish (or 6 individual dishes).

    Put all ingredients, except sharp and cream cheeses, into blender.

    Whip to blend.

    Add cheese by the chunk.

    Mix on high for 5 seconds. Bake for 50 minutes at 375° (or 15 to 20 minutes for individual dishes).
