- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese
- 11 oz. cream cheese
Directions

1Butter a 5-cup souffle dish (or 6 individual dishes).

2Put all ingredients, except sharp and cream cheeses, into blender.

3Whip to blend.

4Add cheese by the chunk.

5Mix on high for 5 seconds. Bake for 50 minutes at 375° (or 15 to 20 minutes for individual dishes).
