  • 8 oz. sharp cheese, cut into chunks
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 10 slices white bread (crusts removed)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Divide the ingredients in half and process in the blender on high speed.

    Pour mixture into a greased, uncovered, 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Bake 50 to 60 minutes. This can be prepared a day ahead.
