- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 10 slices white bread (crusts removed)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Divide the ingredients in half and process in the blender on high speed.

3Pour mixture into a greased, uncovered, 1 1/2-quart casserole.

4Bake 50 to 60 minutes. This can be prepared a day ahead.
