  • 1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3 c. milk
  • 9 large eggs (12 small)

    Mix everything together. Let set, covered, in refrigerator overnight.

    Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 hour (or until set).
