- 8 slices bread, cut in quarters
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 lb. or less grated cheese
Directions

1Remove crusts from bread.

2Put 1/2 of bread in greased casserole.

3Cover with 1/2 the cheese, then alternate, ending with cheese.

4Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bread.

5Let stand covered in refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.

6Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350°.
