- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 3 to 4 carrots, chopped
- 3 to 4 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
Directions

1Saute carrots, celery and onion in margarine until tender.

2Add chicken broth and simmer 10 minutes.

3Add cream of potato soup and simmer 15 minutes.

4Add cheese gradually and stir constantly or cheese will stick.
