- 2 qt. water
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 6 peeled cubed potatoes
- 2 bags frozen California Blend vegetables
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 lb. block Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Bring water, bouillon cubes and potatoes to a boil for 25 minutes.

2Add vegetables and boil for 15 minutes.

3Lower heat to a warm setting, add soup and Velveeta, stir, serve, and enjoy. (Sometimes, I substitute 2 bags of frozen broccoli for the California Blend vegetables.)

4This makes a lot of soup, but it is easy to cut recipe to half.
