  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1 qt. chicken broth
  • 16 oz. Cheez Whiz or Velveeta
  • celery, onion and carrots
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard

    Melt margarine; add flour.

    Add milk and broth.

    Add cheese. Boil celery, onion and carrots in water; add this to cheese mixture.
