Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 qt. water
  • 4 cubes chicken bouillon
  • 2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 20 oz. California Blend frozen vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 loaf Velveeta cheese
  • 1 or 2 cans mushrooms (optional)

Directions

    Boil the first 5 ingredients for 20 minutes.

    Add frozen vegetables and boil 10 minutes or more.

    Add cream of chicken soup, the one pound of cheese which has been cubed and the mushrooms.

    Stir over heat until well blended.

    Makes 3 quarts.
