Ingredients
- 1 1/2 qt. water
- 4 cubes chicken bouillon
- 2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 20 oz. California Blend frozen vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 loaf Velveeta cheese
- 1 or 2 cans mushrooms (optional)
Directions

1Boil the first 5 ingredients for 20 minutes.

2Add frozen vegetables and boil 10 minutes or more.

3Add cream of chicken soup, the one pound of cheese which has been cubed and the mushrooms.

4Stir over heat until well blended.

5Makes 3 quarts.
