- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. carrots, chopped
- 5 chicken bouillon cubes
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 2 qt. water
- 1 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Saute cabbage, onion, celery and carrots with 1 stick margarine or butter.

2Add bouillon cubes, potatoes and water.

3Cook slowly for 1 hour.

4Cut up 2 pound Velveeta cheese and cook slowly for 30 minutes.
