- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 2 1/2 c. (or more) potatoes, cubed
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 6 c. water
- 1 pkg. California frozen vegetables
- 2 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Directions

1In a large saucepan, combine celery, onion, potatoes, chicken bouillon cubes and water.

2Cook over moderate heat for 20 minutes. Add frozen vegetables and cook until tender.

3Add cream of chicken soup and cheese, heat well, stirring occasionally.

4Serve hot.
