  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 1/2 c. (or more) potatoes, cubed
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 6 c. water
  • 1 pkg. California frozen vegetables
  • 2 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions

    In a large saucepan, combine celery, onion, potatoes, chicken bouillon cubes and water.

    Cook over moderate heat for 20 minutes. Add frozen vegetables and cook until tender.

    Add cream of chicken soup and cheese, heat well, stirring occasionally.

    Serve hot.
