  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 c. cubed pheasant breasts
  • 1/4 tsp. or less salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. seasoned croutons, finely crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
