  • 4 pkg. Herb-Ox instant chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 qt. water
  • 2 1/2 c. diced raw potatoes
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. California Blend vegetables
  • 2 cans cream of chicken
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up

Directions

    Mix broth and water together.

    Add potatoes, celery and onions.

    Cook until vegetables are tender.

    Add package of California vegetables.

    Cook 10 minutes.

    Add soup and cheese. Stir and serve.

    Freezes well.
