  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 12 cup onion, diced

  • 14 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

    Cook vegetables in chicken broth until tender.
