- 3 ribs celery, chopped very fine
- 3 carrots, chopped very fine
- 1 onion, chopped very fine
- 1 stick margarine
- 3 cans potato soup
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Directions

1Saute vegetables in margarine.

2Add broth and simmer 20 minutes.

3Add potato soup and cheese.

4Just before serving, add sour cream.

5Serve in soup buns.
