  • 8 c. water
  • 20 oz. potatoes, diced (about 2 large potatoes)
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 c. shredded carrots
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 head cabbage, sliced thin
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 12 oz Velveeta cheese
