  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1/2 c. carrot
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1 qt. chicken broth
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Blend first 4 ingredients really fine in blender or processor. Saute in butter.

    Add broth and milk.

    Boil for one hour.

    Add cheese, flour and cornstarch.
