Cheese Square Appetizers

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 lb. shredded cheese (Cheddar, Mozzarella, 2% Cheddar works well)
• 4 eggs or Egg Beaters
• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Neufchatel cheese
• 1 1/2 c. shredded white Cheddar cheese
• 2 c. fat-free sour cream
• 1 (4 oz.) can green chile peppers
• 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 clove crushed garlic
• 1 bunch green onions, chopped
• 1 (6.5 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 (1 lb.) loaf round sourdough bread
• 1 c. chopped tomatoes
