- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
- 3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 small cans chopped green chilies
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Grate both cheeses and mix.

2Beat eggs and add milk and flour.

3Layer cheese, then chilies, then salt, then pepper, ending up with a layer of cheese.

4Pour egg mixture over top.

5Freezes well, but add egg mixture last.

6Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan; bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

7Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
