  • 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 c. scalded milk
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix like pie crust.

    Add egg yolk and yeast mixture.

    Divide into 2 parts and roll out on cookie sheet.

    Top with cream cheese mixture.

    Top with other crust.

    Bake at 350°.
