- 8 to 10 slices large sourdough bread, crusts removed and cubed
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar and Jack cheeses
- 1/4 c. sun-dried tomatoes, drained and minced
- 1/2 c. drained and chopped artichokes (not marinated)
- 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
- 5 large eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
Directions

1Mix first 5 ingredients together.

2Beat eggs, milk and pepper together, then pour over the first 5 ingredient mixture. Chill overnight in an 8 x 11-inch casserole (greased).

3Bake in preheated 350° oven for about 50 minutes until lightly browned and center is firm to the touch. Cool 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
