- 2 c grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper-or to taste
- Dash of salt
- 1 17 1/2 oz box (2 sheets) puff pastry
- 2 Tbsp softened butter
Directions

1Mix together cheeses, pepper and salt. Spread one puff pastry sheet with butter.

2Spread with cheese mixture. Place second pastry sheet on top.

3Mash together ends of pastry.

4With rolling pin, roll out to 1/4 inch thickness, about 15 by 15 inches.

5Cut across in 1 inch wide ribbons.

6Cut in half again.

7Twist each piece (or not). Bake in
