  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. cold water

    Cut in butter

    and cheese with pastry blender until crumbly.

    Sprinkle water over, mix lightly until pastry holds together.

    Roll into a rectangle
