- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. plain flour
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Soften butter and cheese together.

2Sift flour, salt and red pepper together.

3Combine mixture and work until very smooth. Divide in half and roll on floured surface.

4Roll out very thin and cut in long strips, approximately 1/2 x 2 1/2-inches.

5Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.

6Yields 3 to 4 dozen.
