- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (soft)
- 4 c. flour
- 3 sticks margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 or 4 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Mix together.

2Add small amount water if dough seems stiff. Pack firmly in pastry tube.

3Squeeze in long strands.

4Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

5Cut into sticks immediately on removal from the oven.

6Let cool slightly before removing from the pan.
