Directions

1Fry each egg to desired hardness (I like mine over hard).

2While eggs are cooking, toast the bagels.

3After the bagels are toasted, spread one half with a generous layer of cream cheese.

4Layer the egg, cheddar cheese, onion, tomato, cucumber, and lettuce on top of the cheddar cheese.

5Serve warm.
