- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 (15 oz. each) Ricotta cheese
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 12 jumbo shells, cooked and drained
- 3 c. prepared spaghetti sauce
Directions

1In medium bowl, combine eggs, Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.

2Spoon about 2 tablespoons mixture into each shell.

3Arrange in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

4Top with spaghetti sauce.

5Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
