- 6 whole Sausages (pork Is Best)
- 1 Tablespoon Drippings
- 1- 1/2 cup Plain Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1- 1/2 cup Milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

2Brown sausages off in a frying pan on a low heat.

3Once oven is hot enough, put the drippings in a casserole dish and in to the oven.

4(Drippings need to be really hot.)

5Sift flour into a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper.

6Whisk the eggs and the milk into the flour, smoothing out lumps.

7Take the casserole dish out the oven, pour in the batter mix then place the sausages in.

8Cook for about 20 minutes or until the batter is risen and golden.

9Serve at once with brown gravy.
