Cheese-Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
- 1 box jumbo shells
- 3 c. Ricotta cheese, or well-drained cottage cheese
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
- 3/4 tsp. oregano, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 c. spaghetti sauce (32 oz. jar)
Directions

1Cook jumbo shells as directed.

2Drain and dry in a single layer.

3In bowl, combine cheeses with beaten eggs, salt, parsley, oregano and pepper.

4Fill shell with about 2 tablespoons cheese mixture.

5Spread some sauce in a thin layer in bottom of 9 x 12-inch baking dish.

6Place stuffed shells in single layer.

7Pour some sauce on top.

8Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.

9Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until hot.

10Heat remaining sauce and serve with shells.
