- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 onion, minced
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Combine potatoes, margarine, sour cream, soup and onion in bowl.

2Mix well. Spoon into baking dish.

3Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
