  • 16 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • vanilla wafers
  • fruit filling
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Line large muffin pans with papers.

    Place one wafer in each. Beat cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until well blended.

    Fill each cup 3/4 full.

    Bake 15 minutes at 375°.

    Cool and chill.

    At serving time, place spoonful of fruit filling on each.

    Top with a dollop of Cool Whip, if desired.
