- 16 oz. softened cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- vanilla wafers
- fruit filling
- Cool Whip
Directions

1Line large muffin pans with papers.

2Place one wafer in each. Beat cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until well blended.

3Fill each cup 3/4 full.

4Bake 15 minutes at 375°.

5Cool and chill.

6At serving time, place spoonful of fruit filling on each.

7Top with a dollop of Cool Whip, if desired.
