- 2 eggs
- 18 vanilla wafers
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until well blended. Put vanilla wafers flat side down in muffin papers in muffin tins.

2Pour half full.

3Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

4Cool before peeling off paper.

5Top with pie filling (cherry, blueberry, etc.).
