- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- vanilla wafer cookies
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Directions

1Combine cream cheese with sugar; add eggs and blend.

2Add vanilla and whip until smooth.

3Place a vanilla wafer cookie in the bottom of each cupcake baking liner.

4Fill each cup 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture.

5Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.

6When cool, top with cherry pie filling.

7Refrigerate.

8Makes 18 to 20 tarts.
