- 1 c. onion, sliced thin
- 1 c. bell pepper, sliced thin
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. white or cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed

4pour over pickles, onion and pepper. Refrigerate 24 hours.
