- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Soften cream cheese.

2Mix in other ingredients.

3Beat for 5 minutes.

4Place vanilla wafers in miniature cupcake papers and tins.

5Put tablespoon of filling on each wafer.

6Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

7When cool, put jelly or cherry pie filling on top. Keep cool until served.

8Makes 5 or 6 dozen.
