- 1 pkg. graham cracker crumbs, finely crushed
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- butter or shortening
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, sugar and eggs with mixer until smooth. Grease well very small size muffin pan with butter.

2Put graham cracker crumbs in pan and pat down.

3Tap out excess crumbs.

4Put cheese mixture into each cup, filling each cup.

5Bake at 300° for about 12 to 14 minutes until they rise.

6Cool completely in refrigerator.

7Mix sour cream, vanilla and powdered sugar. Carefully remove tart from pan and spoon small amount of mixture on top.

8Spoon cherry filling on top.

9May be frozen or refrigerated.

10Makes approximately 3 dozen.
