  • 3 ounces blue cheese chunk of quality
  • 4 ounces goat cheese chunk of quality
  • 4 ounces brie cheese chunk of quality
  • 4 ounces sheep's milk cheese chunk of quality
  • 1 bunch grapes
  • 2 cups fruit other seasonal, strawberries, pears, plums etc.
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup dried fruit Dried cranberries, apricots etc
  • 1 baguette
  • 2 cups crackers

Directions

    Wash and pat dry fruit. Snip grape bunch into smaller clusters.

    Arrange the grapes in the middle of the plate to resemble an in-tact bunch of grapes.

    Slice the other fruit and place it around the grapes.

    Place cheeses on separate parts of the cheese tray. Leave some cheese whole and provide cheese knives, or thinly slice and provide tongs.

    Sprinkle almonds all together on one side of the cheese tray and add the dried fruit to another side.

    Serve with a sliced baguette and crackers.
