- 2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese or Light Cream Cheese Spread, softened
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 8 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1 pkg. (200 g) Cracker Barrel Old Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 125 g blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup each: paprika, ground almonds and chopped fresh parsley
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, butter, brandy and hot pepper sauce until well blended.

2Divide mixture in half.

3To one portion of cream cheese mixture, add cheddar cheese; mix until well blended.

4To second portion, add blue cheese; mix until well blended.

5Refrigerate both cheese mixtures 3 hours or until firm.

6Form cheese mixtures into 1-inch balls.

7Roll into paprika, almonds or parsley.
