  • 2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese or Light Cream Cheese Spread, softened
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 8 drops hot pepper sauce
  • 1 pkg. (200 g) Cracker Barrel Old Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 125 g blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup each: paprika, ground almonds and chopped fresh parsley

Directions

    Mix cream cheese, butter, brandy and hot pepper sauce until well blended.

    Divide mixture in half.

    To one portion of cream cheese mixture, add cheddar cheese; mix until well blended.

    To second portion, add blue cheese; mix until well blended.

    Refrigerate both cheese mixtures 3 hours or until firm.

    Form cheese mixtures into 1-inch balls.

    Roll into paprika, almonds or parsley.
