  • 1 bag mixed frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta
  • 1/2 c. finely crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 stick melted butter (1/4 c.)

Directions

    Prepare frozen vegetables as directed on package and put into buttered dish.

    Slice cheese over vegetables.

    Sprinkle crackers on top and add melted butter over top.

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
