- 1/2 lb. Velveeta
- 1/2 c. finely crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/2 stick melted butter (1/4 c.)
Directions

1Prepare frozen vegetables as directed on package and put into buttered dish.

2Slice cheese over vegetables.

3Sprinkle crackers on top and add melted butter over top.

4Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
