  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour

Directions

    Grate cheese finely.

    Combine cheese, butter and flour with your hands until well mixed.

    Form into 1-inch rolls.

    Place in refrigerator overnight.

    Slice thin and bake on ungreased cookie sheets.

    Start baking at 375°, but lower to 350° and watch carefully as they burn.
