- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Grate cheese finely.

2Combine cheese, butter and flour with your hands until well mixed.

3Form into 1-inch rolls.

4Place in refrigerator overnight.

5Slice thin and bake on ungreased cookie sheets.

6Start baking at 375°, but lower to 350° and watch carefully as they burn.
