  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese (sharp or extra sharp)
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter (may need more), softened or melted
  • 1 1/2 c. plain flour
  • 1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients; form into balls.

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes or until bottoms turn light brown.
