- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- about 3 c. flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Combine wine, margarine, sugar and salt in small saucepan. Cook over low heat until margarine is melted and mixture is very warm.

2Cool slightly.

3Combine yeast and 1 1/2 cups flour in large mixer bowl.

4Add wine mixture and eggs.

5Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

6Add cheese and remaining 1 1/2 cups flour gradually, beating constantly to form soft dough.

7Knead on floured surface for 8 to 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic.

8Place in greased bowl, turning to coat surface.

9Let rise, covered, in warm place for 1 1/2 hours or until doubled in bulk.
