  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 3/4 c. water
  • 1/3 c. catsup
  • 1 to 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) elbow macaroni (uncooked)
  • 3/4 c. Velveeta cheese, cut up

Directions

    Brown meat in large skillet. Drain. Stir in water, catsup and onion powder. Bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Add Velveeta. Stir until melted.
