  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups whole wheat pasta (shells or elbows work well)
  • 2 cups 2% milk
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons paprika

Directions

    Brown ground beef in a large skillet until no longer pink. Drain. Return to skillet.

    Add hot water, milk, pasta, and seasonings. Stir to combine.

    Cover and simmer for 15 - 20 mins or until pasta is cooked and sauce has reduced.
