  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 2-2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 c. ketchup
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

    In skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is done; drain. In a bowl, combine the flour and sugar. In another bowl, combine the ketchup, milk, butter, eggs and mustard; stir into the dry ingredients until moistened. Fold in the beef mixture and cheese. Fill greased miniature muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 425° for 15 to 18 minutes.
