Name: Cheeseburger Pie
Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef; 1/2 c. catsup; 1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs; 1/2 c. evaporated milk; 1/4 c. chopped onion; 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed; 1 pastry shell; 4 oz. process American cheese, shredded (1 c.); 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. catsup
1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1 pastry shell
4 oz. process American cheese, shredded (1 c.)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine first 6 ingredients, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.

Prepare pastry to line an 8-inch pie plate. Fill with meat mixture.

Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Toss cheese with Worcestershire sauce; sprinkle atop pie.

Bake 10 minutes more.

Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Trim with pickle slices if desired.
