Cheeseburger Pie

   Heat oven to 400°.

   Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate.

   Cook and stir beef and onion until brown.

   Drain.

   Spread beef mix into pie plate.

   Sprinkle cheese over meat.

   Beat milk, biscuit mix and eggs until smooth.

   Pour over beef.

   Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
