  • 1 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. instant beef bouillon
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Brown meat, onion and green pepper; drain meat.

    Put back on stove.

    Add bouillon; stir until dissolves.

    Remove from fire; add flour, tomato sauce, eggs and cheese.

    Mix all together; pour into pie crust.

    Garnish with 1/4 tomato sauce.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
