- 1/2 c. yellow onion, chopped
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 4 oz. Kraft Free Cheddar slices (4 slices)
Directions

1Saute ground beef, peppers and onions together.

2Cook rice, following package directions.

3Add rice, tomato sauce, tomatoes and 3 ounces of cheese to dish.
