  • 4 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 4 or 5 large eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Directions

    Mix cream cheese, eggs, 1 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth. Pour into a spring-form pan and bake at 325° for 1 hour.

    After cake is slightly cool, mix sour cream and sugar and pour over cheesecake.

    Return to oven for 10 minutes.

    Cool.

    Refrigerate. Top with cherries or fruit of your choice.
