- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 large pkg. jello, any flavor
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with its juice)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (10 oz.) Cool Whip
Directions

1Mix graham cracker crumbs and margarine together.

2Reserve 1/3 cup for topping.

3Press remainder into 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan or Pyrex dish.

4In large bowl blend (with electric mixer) the pineapple, sugar, dry jello and cream cheese.

5Then fold in whipped topping.

6Pour over crumb mixture.

7Sprinkle top with reserved crumbs.

8Refrigerate overnight.

9Cut into squares to serve.
